Hello all,
We want to let you know that English language theater is alive and well
and living in Almaty, Kazakhstan! We do two mainstage productions
a year, as well as monthly workshops and theater classes - all in
English. We've just cast our new production set to premiere in
December - an original staged adaptation of the classic American Capra
film, "It's a Wonderful Life".
Even more exciting, is that next spring we hope to produce a festival
of short Kazakh folktales. We are looking for writers to
contribute short stories and folktales (original or not), and we will
choose the best ones to adapt and produce. Go to our website for
